Despite being nearly 20 years old it doesn't sound out of date in the slightest. Sonic Youth meets Shoegaze. Immediate, expansive, great hooks and refreshingly not fitting into one particular genre.

One of the very few artists that could resonate/filter/sustain notes and bring forth dozens of emotions. The only thing that I see that has come around in the last thirty plus years that could just touch this material is Aphex Twin' Selected Ambient Works II.
