Meh, it was okay, but the hype beforehand had me expecting so much more. From what the likes of "CRpAOR" were saying, this was to be the second coming of Journey. Didn't see it. Okay album, good Journey album, but still not a patch on even "Generations" or "Trial by fire", and miles from my favourite, "Arrival".

John Zorn - Spy vs. Spy - Ornette Coleman filtered through Zorn's breakneck Naked City sensibility - Brutal, pummeling blasts of Jazz magnificence. Zorn has seldom sounded so unhinged. I wonder what Ornette made of it?

I remember really enjoying this album, and haven't listened to it much recently. Been on a bit of a Lamb of God binge this morning.

Listening to "Skelethon" again. Convinced this is an absolute Top 10 Hip Hop album of all time. So ridiculously good.

I could listen to "Zero Dark Thirty" all day.
