White trashy seedy Americana...I know this is bad English, but few did it as well as X.

Is this the same X that were produced by Ray Manzarek? If it is their debut X was a great punk album. "Cow Punk" is what I remember it being referred to.

Same band. The debut was amazing, but they got more rootsy on subsequent releases.
