Did I rec you Suishou No Fune yet? They're awesome too, I think they're a lot better than Les Rallizes (although they started in the late 90s/early 2000s, so they don't get as many innovation points).

I've been on a drone kick for some time and realized I'd been a fool going this long without checking out Ravi Shankar so I gave his 1956 debut LP a spin. Instantly hooked.*

Picked up a 96-album discography of all his solo and collaborative works produced between 1956 and 2010. The collection is meticulously organized by category and sub-sorted by date of release. Outstanding work.
