it's dirgey and depressing - people are put off by the mood

but it's great mood music

and people seem to think it's all leftovers from Kid A but i think they go a different route

I like that one, too. I've heard it before. It has a pretty, plaintive feeling to it. I especially like the violin slurps (where you drag your finger down the whole string while bowing). I'd actually prefer the song *without* the horse, who makes the song start off sounding overly theatrical to me. If I'd been directing that horse, I might have requested a more subdued whinny.

Yes, I thought Manson is metal. Literally (based on the picture below)! So it is nice to know my hunch was correct. Thank you.

With or without Catatonia, in my opinion it's one of the best albums she's done.

My ex-girlfriend just said "If I hear 'What is Love' one more time I am going to scream!" It inspired me to put it on and bob my head Roxbury-style.

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God

Heh heh...that song always cracks me up because I think it is impossible to hear it without thinking of Roxbury-style headbobbing! I wonder, when they made the song, if they thought anyone would take it seriously. I think it is doomed forever to be on the Dung Heap of Hilarity. So cringe-worthy!!
