Bumped to say that there is now a swap of index...of sorts. Owing to character space and only one post vaguely resembling a placeholder, I could only put the data for so many weeks in there. NumberNineDream dream was kind enough to collect the data right from the beginning of this thread (which is 23 swaps' worth of data), so an opportunity to say thanks a bundle for your efforts - hats off to ya.

And you can click here to take a look at the index. New data will of course be added to it as it arises.
