Rap Metal (alternative, rap, genre, Linkin Park, record companies)

Hey ne of u guys kno ne bands that r like metal rap, if u kno wat i mean? Like bands that r metal but kinda rap instead of sing.......?

there is a band from australia called obsession which is a very good band that has metal/rap in it....its not a very known band but there are some sites on them....good luck with it

in my opinion, i find rapmetal to be the absolute worst phase of music that the record companies are trying to throw at us. wasn't limp bizkit enough? wasnt fred durst and his retard antics enough? but i hear lots of local bands in the NY area are rap/metal and they all bring to mind linkin park.
there's a lot of groups that incorporate hiphop into their sound now, i welcome it for the most part, but the groups that started the whole phase are annoying as hell.

there is always the annoying bands that come with a genre of music....but some sort of sound good at the most part

hrmmm....good point LOL i dont listen to that sort of music myself, but im sure there is an ok band like that ok there.....not that i know any but im sure they do exist.....just like a smart blonde, u dont see em but u hear about them, this sort of music mite be like that. they r out there but we just dont see or hear them.....hrmm.......

i guess RATM would prob be the best example. but theres all those pod, crazy town, hed pe ,none that i like. can anyone think of decent not overplayed rap metal if it exists

i wouldnt really put crazy town into the rap/metal genre they r more hip hop/alternative sort of i dont know
