Cry with my tears
Cry with my pain
Still in the cold
Neverending rain

With one of your kisses
My words you would freeze
From one of your kisses
My bleeding would cease

Shed all my tears
The flood devours all
The earth, us, rushing...
A shy, whispered call

Death becomes angels
And they won't turn away
Defying all my yearning
And my body of clay

Cry with my crying
You end up like a mole
Death loves all angels
Retired into my soul

As I'm drained and welkin
My last wish I sigh
Let me be, darling
Tears in your eye.

Agathodaimon - Body Of Clay

Without You by Harry Nilsson.

Also, I Know It's Over by The Smiths is pretty dramatic.

The music videos make it doubly as dramatic (and sexy). What a fantastic artist she is.

I third/second these two. And I don't know how no-one has mentioned Magma as they're pretty much the definition of dramatic! Evidence attached

Philip Glass - Koyaanisqatsi is my favorite for such situations. This song is probably more evil than dramatic thou.
