One that comes to mind is The Musical Box by Genesis. They were infamous for there long drawn out songs in early Genesis and put on quiet a live show. This to me is one of there more dramatic songs.

Bacharach songs often, quite a few Italian songs, some Korean, Vietnamese music can be quite dramatic, operatic music can be.
