Not so much on that picture, but I googled for a bit and decided that she looks really adorable.
I actually have a friend who looks a lot like her in some ways.
I don't know Emma-Lee's music, but my friend (called Doris) sure has an incredibly beautiful voice.

I don't really like thos overly wild and obviously arranged shots you put here.
But these musicians both indeed have something in their appearance that's a least interesting.
