A quick google search would reveal that they area "American darkwave band formed in 1986. Their music takes on elements of folk, ambient, dark cabaret, ethereal and neo-classical music. I would therefore classify them as avant garde/experimental and put the thread in that forum.

I've known about them for over 10 years but have never listened to them.
