Looking up other pictures I don't think she's ugly really, she's got a decent facial structure, she just makes a lot of ugly faces and always looks hungover with a cigarette in her mouth but she's british and aren't all british people like that? According to NME the answer is yes.

But anyway. She's one of those very rare chicks who I think would look better with long hair because she is a bit uh..... on the boyish side.
