I think the Queens of the Stone Age one is a good example of where it looks better when you're holding the CD in your hand, with its all-red sides and back cover. At least that's how I feel.

I have a collection of them that I've saved from various sites over the years. I keep adding to it every once in a while as I stumble across them. It's a never ending bottomless pit of bad album cover art.
