Yeah, or maybe The Nurse?
But ah. Totally with you on your pick nonetheless. |
Nirvana. Makes me think of Kurt. Then sadness. 'Cause Kurt Cobain was an amazing musician. But, like blackT said, it really shouldn't make me sad. Still love Nirvana lots though.

I voted for Coldplay. I am not usually one to get involved with the negative posts, but this isn't really negative. Depression is a valid emotion, or state of mind, same as hate, love, angst, etc.
My wife enjoys Coldplay. She says they're relaxing. It sounds like one long song to me. |
The Used... by far in my opinion

They lift me up. Good n light for a pickmeup, if youre listening to the newer, and if youre listening to the old, its more like fast paced anger release than depressing. But , music is all down to opinion. Thats just my take on it. |
I voted for Other, or Floyd the Wall. High quality depression. Blue Sky might actually be the most depressing song in the album but there's a few close ones. The only thing I don't understand is these guys were rock stars. What did they have to be depressed about short of maybe having some chemical imbalance? (ahem, modern day crying brit bands) Still, beautifully sad music though. Screw Coldplay. I like Radiohead but hear the guy's a super obnoxious ass. I hate when fame screws with talent.

i bet my future mortgage that most of the people that have voted for radiohead on this have heard at the most 5 songs. yes they can be, but so can every band worth their weight. i vote coldplay, just because there new album is so atrocious it makes me want to down a bottle of tranquillizers.
