HOW THIS THING WORKS

Okay so here's the plan.

It's time for an all-knowing all-powerful Music Banter ruling force.

A Music Banter supreme court comprised of the senior members of Music Banter you want to speak for you. (Or piss you off by disagreeing and crushing your soul)

Intermittently, ideally twice a month, a Music related issue of much contention will be selected by you to be ruled upon by the council.

Each of the members will rule in favor or against and provide reasoning.

(Barely Mediocre) Example: Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd is superior to Roger Waters era.

Ruling: In Favor; Barrett brought....etc et al.

This thread will serve to select the members of this council, your "justices" if you will or even if you won't.

How this should work:

You will nominate people within this thread by posting the following...

NOMINATION: (Member Name)

...After that the nomination must be seconded by another member before being opposed by a member.

To Second or Oppose the nomination quote it and type SECOND or OPPOSE

Seconded nominations will be added to the ballot, Opposed nominations may be nominated again but not by the same person. The same person may not oppose anyone other person twice either.

After the ballot is complete a vote will be had and the nine people garnering the most votes will be added to the initial panel.

Here is the arbitrary criteria for those nominating and being nominated.

To Nominate, Second or Oppose you must: Have been a member for more then 30 days and have accumulated no fewer then 100 posts.

To Be Nominated: You must have been a member for more then One year and have accumulated at least 1,000 Posts.
