Well it's a popular music forum really. Classical forums are better for proper discussion of classical music, actually I think for discussion of music in general as well. The classical section here is mainly people just asking for recommendations.

Yup! That's my style!

I certainly know that feeling as well. At first my biggest thing was club oriented EDM, but then I began to branch out! And that's when it took a turn for the weird. I don't really go into the genre boards much at all, except for the Electronica one of course. I'll have to change that.

I don't think I have that much in common with one single person. Me and Duce seem to have a fondness for Bob Dylan. Me and Salami like Duane Allman a lot, and old blues greats like Blind Lemon Jefferson. I had some common interests in Pooroldpo's psychedelic thread. Mr. Dave and I seem to hold common ground about Hendrix. And mrdood and tend to feel the same about Buckethead. Is there anyone who really has a lot in common with my taste? Is there anyone who even really knows me?

Huh, I'm a big fan of Bob Dylan, but don't talk much about him much, although you can expect to see a very positive review of "Modern Times" sooner or later.
I love the Allman brothers too as you correctly stated, and Blind Lemon's in my top five ever! I started liking Buckethead after you recommended "Population Override" last year, and as for Hendrix....

Mate, I think our taste-o-meter is reasonable high!
(Now I'm just "Salami" by the way )

I can't remember if it was Janszoon or DocSoft, but I really dig your taste in EBM.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. I you would be one of the few I was referring to that I feel like I have a decent amount of taste overlap with. So needless to say I think your taste in music is the bee's knees.

Well, I definitely listened to a lot of that stuff in my teens and twenties, and I remember talking about it a bit with you when you first joined, so it might be me you're thinking of. In any case: thanks!

I think myself and Urban have the most similar tastes in music, at least according to Last FM, so he therefore he wins by default.
