The only thing I can say about the music is that this is 2009, knock it off already. A billion other bands already recorded the same song and did it more justice.

Of course this is a rock song but we dont do it because other bands have already done it - im in a band because I love doing so and enjoy my music very much.

I've been in a few, but am not in one currently. I've been looking to find one but I can't stand the local scene at all.

It's not you, it's the other 4 million plus bands and musicians who'll leave a myspace link, ask for opinions and disappear forever. We have to have policies against that kind of stuff, or else this place would be as bad as 90% of the other music forums.

If you really want to stick around, start a songwriting journal and post your lyrics/music there. It's just troubling when somebody's initial motive in joining is plugging music. Cheers though.
