I don't really like anything on your list other than RHCP, and I'm not too fond of that particular song either...

1. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Road Trippin'
2. System of a Down - B.Y.O.B
3. The Fratellis - Baby Fratelli
4. Muse - Butterlies & Hurricanes (Live @ Rock AM Ring 2004)
5. Carcass - Heartwork
6. Sonic Youth - Superstar
7. Aerosmith - Dream On
8. Born of Osiris - The Take Over
9. Gorillaz - Rhinestone Eyes
10. Jimi Hendrix - Crosstown Traffic

The moment when the chorus come back full force after the exquisite piano solo, the vocal improvisation that follows, the added guitar solo and the overall energy that's in this song is what Muse and music is all about to me. It manages to be better than it's studio counterpart.

And One - Life to Lose
Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead or Alive
Britny Fox - Long Way to Love
Dj Nysus - Midnight Rush
Duran Duran - Last Chance on the Stairway

I have heard of Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Duran Duran, and Megadeth because they are all "big-names" but I don't listen to that kind of music.

Kyuss - 'Love Has Passed Me By'
The Dead Milkmen - 'Laundromat Song'
Pantera - 'Walk'
KoRn - 'Ball Tongue'
Butthole Surfers - 'Leave Me Alone'
Built to Spill - 'Fly Around Me Pretty Little Miss'
Green Day - 'Brain Stew'
The Hives - 'Diabolic Scheme'
Faith No More - 'Faster Disco'
The Killers - 'All These Things That I've Done'
