Metallica is all right in my books, about half the time. Love the Black Keys, interesting with Al Green. Also - the Tim Curry makes me want to listen to his solo output right now (namely "I Do the Rock") and Captain Beefheart...much love for that one.

I am a fan of Phish, and The Dead. Not to up on Germanotta, Tic Tick or Nunes, I'm pretty meh on Ramones and Anastasio and Regina Spektor is the only one I wouldnt fancy really good list!

Very nerdy. haha. "Heir Apparent" and that tune by Supercar aren't bad, actually. Yes, I Youtubed them. I lived in Tokyo for several months so I have a soft spot in my heart for Japanese music.
