I'm ****ing familiar with your favorite. ;)

Blur - To The End
Burning Airlines Give You So Much More - Brian Eno
Friends Of Dean Martinez - Wichita Lineman
Rolling Stones - Cherry Oh Baby
Style Council - Ghosts of Dachau
Duke Ellington - Bourbon Street Jingling Jollies
The Shins - Spilt Needles
Kate Bush - Wow
The Beatles - Besame Mucho
Mahavishnu Orchestra - You Know, You Know

Low Void 10-26-2009 12:06 PM

Blur are mediocore. The Shins are ace and that song is really good, same with The Beatles. I like Duke Ellington and dislike or havent heard of/stuff from the others.

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Get Up and Jump
Beastie Boys - Finger Lickin' Good
Moby - Bittersweet Symphony (Remix)
Gloria ***nor - I Will Survive
System of a Down - Metro
Van Halen - Girl You Really Got Me Now
Nirvana - Stay Away
Radiohead - Videotape
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dosed
Queens of the Stone Age - Burn the Witch

Pretty average shuffle TBH. I would have gone with Metro as a favorite if QOTSA hadn't shown up. Pretty embarrassed by no.4 :P

storymilo 10-26-2009 01:45 PM

Pretty decent list right there, Beastie Boys, Radiohead, Queens of The Stone Age, Nirvana are all cool. RHCP, Moby, SOAD, and Van Halen are alright. Don't know Gloria ****nor

Neil Young- When You Dance, I Can Really Love (from After The Gold Rush)
The Offspring- Can't Repeat
R. Stevie Moore- Schoolgirl
David Bowie- Win
The Mars Volta- Eriatarka
Maria McKee- If Love Is A Red Dress
Bruce Hornsby & The Range- Jack Straw (Grateful Dead cover)
The Housemartins- Drop Down Dead
John Lennon- It's Real
Sanchez- Always Be True To You

Zer0 10-26-2009 03:58 PM

Props for Bowie and Neil Young. The Housemartins are kinda cool as well.

Joy Division - Komakino
Spacemen 3 - Honey
Radiohead - Planet Telex
Anthrax - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
My Bloody Valentine - You Made Me Realise
Band Of Horses - No One's Gonna Love You
My Morning Jacket - What A Wonderful Man
The Cure - Ocean
Pixies - Caribou
Manic Street Preachers - 4st 7lb

Apart from the Anthrax's cover of SBS the best shuffle i've had in a long time.

storymilo 10-26-2009 04:07 PM

Hell yeah, Joy Division, Radiohead, MBV, My Morning Jacket, The Cure, Pixies, and Manic Street Preachers are all awesome. Band of Horses are ok. And Anthrax...:p:

1. The Smashing Pumpkins – Love

Eh, I listen to far too much metal…. but the Smashing Pumpkins, on this track, have a guitar tone that is similar to the thick, fuzzy sound preferred by early Swedish death metal bands. The Pumpkins excel on this track, as they seemingly always do when the guitar is emphasized.

2. Alice Cooper – Hallowed be my Name

Aggressive lyrics set to a boring tune.

3. ZZ Top – Sleeping Bag

So, when this song began I thought it was a track from “The Land of Rape and Honey”. That does not mix well with their vocal styles and guitar tone, although it doesn’t suck quite as much as one would expect.

4. Jefferson Airplane - She Has Funny Cars

BORRRRINGGGGGGG…….

5. Behemoth – Track 93

Extreme Metal Newb Spotting Tip: “BEHEMOTH RULES!” –This band is favored by those who know very little about extreme metal which isn’t new.

6. Judas Priest – Between the Hammer & the Anvil

There’s something off about this track, they don’t fully embrace the full on thrash assault displayed elsewhere on the album. Instead, you get an awkward combination of old school Priest & groove metal.

7. David Bowie – It Ain’t Easy

Eh.

8. Blood – Positional Warfare

The band themselves were not satisfied with the production…. but, they still slay. If you think Nasum are good, Blood will blow your mind.

9. Handel – Juravit Dominus

10. Soilent Green – Cold Steel Kiss

A crappy song by a crappy band that plays a crappy style of metal, if you like Agalloch you’ll probably think they rule.

^ Judas Priest are mean, the Hammer and the Anvil is one of my favourites of theirs. You seem pretty negative about the ipod choices.

1. Be Thankful For What You've Got - Massive Attack
2. My House - Kids of 88
3. Bury You in Brazil - Minut
4. Decode - Paramore
5. Prodigy - Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix)
6. To Get Down - Perfecto
7. Don't Forget To Remember - Bee Gees
8. Dance Wiv me - Dizzee Rascal Feat. Calvin Harris & Chrome
9. Pendulum - Toxic Shock
10. Syncopated City - London Elektricity
