Default Need help identifying a song/artist (Electronica/Spoken Word, 1980s)

Hi.

It's 4 in the morning and I'm up so late because there is as ong that I heard a few months ago and I absolutely must find out who it was by.

I'm short on details. It had vocals sung by a female, they were about an uprising, or a revolution. They were primarily spoken. It was made in the 80s or possibly the late 70s originally. I had this album at some point, I think it had 4 tracks on it.

It was a very restrained track.

It wasn't really "Cheesy" electronic music...not rave or techno. More like spoken word with a bassy electronic background.

I originally heard it on a blog as background music where it was remixed with Polyester's "Les filles de Gand", though I've googled those lyrics and gotten nothing that reveals to me the name of this song.

I know I'm light on details...BUT...if anyone could help...it would be greatly appreciated.
