Starting a website (country, metal, reviews)

I have a friend that founded a music ezine (http://www.mansionofmetal.com)and he is now making money off of it. Its a good idea and im just taking the idea and tweaking it. Instead of making it strictly metal, since I'm not much of a metal head, it'll be about all music (except country) and even movies, jokes, pretty much anything. I need someone to write reviews and stuff. I'll design the page. Hit me back if your interested.
