i said nothing about taylor swift. i simply stated how i feel i listen to so much music that i have narrowed down what i know i will or will not like. i.e. i have refined my musical taste.

And to bring this back on topic from the petty flame war, I would say the Jonas Brothers are my biggest pet peeve. From the interviews of them, their music, and what I have read of them, they just seem like very arrogant, boring individuals, not to mention their music is...horrible. I think the only "boy band" i ever liked was Backstreet Boys...and that was just because they were the first I ever heard.

The worse part is that these artists are sometimes are dull. They have the stupidest comments, and they all point to mainstream artists like flashing neon lights. So bad singing (I think my ears would reach over to turn off the radio faster than my arms without mixing boards), and blunt intelligence.

Who cares about annoying artists... the single most annoying item in music today,, far and beyond any annoying artist is... auto tune.

It's ****ing everywhere, stinking up some airwaves near you. God that sound is so way over used...

I fully endorse any kind of technological tool that can used to produce better music, and that includes autotune.

But yeah, it's very overused in pop and rap music right now. Especially because of that doucheass Kanye West.

autotune was cool futuristic effect in the late nineties and early 00's but now it's just terribly overused and hence kinda boring.
