Default What are your favorite remastered albums?

I have really been getting into the remastered sounds of groups that had previously released CDs that are now being remastered.

I like the newer ZZ Top remasters, Ted Nugent, AC/DC, Can & Beatles remasters a great deal. What are some of your favorites and what would you recommend without so much an emphasis on genre or style, but rather remastered audio quality?

I'm liking the remastered version of the Stone Roses debut. But I haven't actually heard the original so I can't compare

Dischord records remastered and reissued a lot of their old releases and I like it all - they, of course, controlled everything and I still trust the label after all these years.
Megadeth remastered their old albums and I like the new production but I also halfway agree with all the diehard supporters of the originals.
The 1st 2 Sunny Day Real Estate albums were recently remastered. I'm really curious to hear them but I don't really see why they are needed. Same goes for Stone Roses.
Dischord has the excuse that the old recordings were as DIY as possible and therefore crappier sounding than they could be. Megadeth has the excuse that they were strung out drug addicts when they recorded their classic songs.
