Default Making an Angry compilation

Hey Musicbanter! I'm calling on you guys for help, because I really need it! I don't know about you guys, but my childhood was just filled to the brim with anger. I won't get into why, but anyway my (girlfriends) little sister is going through the same kind of stuff. Same family dynamic and everything, tough year 13 is. Anyway she is like me in so many ways and I want to make her a sick x-mas gift compilation just filled with rad songs that understand how angry she feels... and I need your help.

I'm going to call the compilation "Putting out the fire with gasoline" and give it to her a few days after all the present-giving so we have some time.

Here's what I got so far:
YouTube - David Bowie/Cat People/Putting Out Fire

Also someone teach me how to post youtube video's without just giving links because I haven't figured it out yet. Anyway thanks for any help, I'm sure we'll make a totally rad compilations CD together! Don't know what I'd do without you guys! Sincerely,
-Schizo

Or anything by them really.

To post youtube videos, just go to the video and and the address bar it should say http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= and then some random numbers and letters. Copy only the random numbers and letters, then click the little youtube button and paste them in between, just like an image url.

Yeah she's not into the harder music, so I want stuff that lyrically matches the anger and maybe with some feeling. But remember guys she's 13 and listens to Lady Ga Ga, of course it's going to be a little out of her range of taste but I see no need for something super harsh unless it's somewhat accessible.

Although no one has really posted anything too inaccessible, and of course I'm super grateful for any help I can get... I'll post any other choices I want to throw in to get advice.

Maybe Kiss Off by the Violent Femmes? They do some of the best angst I've heard.

Songs for a pissed-off 13-year-old girl? Who listens to Lady Gaga? Maybe that's the problem right there! Perhaps a little venture into the Netherworld of Underground music might help out.

Hmm. I don't know. I was listening to Offspring's Smash when I was 8. And a song like "Bad Habit" always does the trick. But by the time I was 13 (and I'm a dude), I was listening to Pantera every day, and I'm guessing that's not her thing.

I agree with this. "Never Tell" off the Hallowed Ground album, is a pretty deep and epic song, which has brought people to their knees whenever I have played it for them.

Blank page by the Smashing Pumpkins always did it for me when I was that age.
