I love Angus & Julia Stone.

And Cog are one of my favourite bands, made up of two brothers plus one of their good mates.

The Fiery Furnaces are a brother/sister duo. I believe I've read their whole family is pretty involved with the band, apparently their grandmother is on some of the tracks from Rehearsing My Choir. And there's always the heavenly pairing of Yoni and Josiah Wolf for the band WHY?.
