I think I'll look into the Scratch Acid and Stereolab EPs. I've never really been into Stereolab but your description makes it seem interesting.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Vaya is a good one. But the Lagwagon one isn't all that great IMO. I've only played it once though, yesterday coincidentally.

The Black Keys - Chulahoma

I cum twice each time I listen to this.

At The Drive-In have quite a few quality EPs. I was listening to El Gran Orgo earlier... it's another great one. Same goes for Stereolab. Also, there were more than a few kick ass no wave EPs, Mars, DNA, Swans, and Teenage Jesus & The Jerks (who only ever released EPs).

And of course:

Really surprised no one mentioned that one yet. I'm sure that's got to be one of the best EPs ever.

Representin' da mainstream!

Has two of their best songs on it and just generally kicks ass.

Just two songs but they encapsulate the vibe of a lazy summer afternoon better than anything else I've heard (short of Cesaria Evora). I crank it up every July and almost cry from the melancholy.

The only thing they put out, a pretty awesome bit of dance punk.

Has two of their best songs, Drops in the river and Mykonos.

In the reins - Iron & Wine and Calexico

Was lucky enough to see them tour it. One of the best gigs of my life. Don't much care for his solo stuff but this is sublime.

Delorean - Aerton Senna

Really made my summer. Sweet indie-electro.

It didn't do much for me at first either, but I've grown to really appreciate the laid back, sort of reflective feel that it has.

It would have been in one of my first few posts if there wasn't a 4-image limit. I have no excuse for not posting it in another post, though.
