Hahaha, thank you.
I tried to listen to it. I hated it.
But with the pictures you gave me stuck in my head, I almost fell of the chair laughing. It really does sound like three people masturbating.

There should be an entire genre dedicated to masturbation.
"Progressive self-touching", perharps.

I have to admit I've come to like that album more since I posted that comment three years ago.

ATTENTION: Dirty Projectors are still the most annoying pitchfork band making music.

Thumbs down

Hotel California... "classic" album, number f***ing 37 (!) on Rolling Stones Top 500 Albums... I just don't like the album. It's really disappointing. I'll admit the title track is fairly amazing, but the rest is completely unmemorable (to me, anyways).

I think "The Last Resort" is a petty great song too. And "Life in the Fast Lane", "Wasted Time" and "Victim of Love" are decent as well, but I agree with you about the rest of the album.

Indeed. Never has such a boring band been given such unwarranted hype in "alternative" circles.

I do like Bitte Orca though.

Edit: Thinking about it, they probably aren't the most undeserving of hype, but I do think most of their material is completely boring.
