Hmn, with all the indie and obvious stuff that gets nominated, I guess industrial folk pioneers Six Organs of Admittance get completely lost in the mix. Especially on their particularly fantastic 2006 album which has crawled its way up my list over the last year and a half or so.

I find this almost impossible and I could find many from lot's of genres so narrowing it down makes it more difficult. Here's one for starters:

Actually after some wiki research this album didn't hit the UK til 2000 so I guess it's w/e

Original release was in 99


I've always considered it a 90s album but idk...

I recently got into SOOA, but they're really quality stuff. That album especially could easily make this type of list.
