I'm with you on the ballads. They get it right occasionally but I think most of them are more miss than hit. |

It's fantastic, my favorite album of all time :tramp: |
^What is it? the picture isn't working.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's only Kid A,
Again. |

But then again my favorite Radiohead album is The Bends, so I obviously don't know what I'm talking about:rolleyes: |

But more seriously, Story, it's hardly fair for you to slate the whole britpop movement like you do when your favorite Radiohead album is indeed the quintessential britpop album. Granted, perhaps it is more "advanced" or "creative" than something like "Morning Glory" and its ilk, but their roots lie in the same places. For the record, my favorite Radiohead album is Amnesiac. |

couldnt pick 1 but...
LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver Arcade Fire - Funeral Radiohead - Amnesiac Dirty Projectors - Bitte Orca The Unicorns - Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone? Modest Mouse - The Moon & Antarctica |
Yeah I can't pick just one.. it's hard to choose between Trance, Black Metal, and all the Rock I listen to. They're not even close to being similar.

There are plenty of brilliant albums from the last decade I can think of. In terms of something I can play again and again without ever tiring of it though, it can only be this one...
http://static.boomkat.com/images/219356/333.jpg ^ Four (coming up to five now...crikey!) years of playing it to death and it still hasn't lost a modicum of its appeal with me. |
