I was just thinking if it was something you had to upload, would you have to have it with the suggestion or could you just wait and see if it got picked before you bothered.

Well we are grouping the suggestions and an album will be picked randomly and declared on the 27th.
If your album was picked, and we weren't able to contact you in any way, or find a link somewhere, we might choose to pick another album instead of waiting for the upload. |
