4000+ Physical Albums, mostly CDs (around 4200, prob no more)

Slowly getting it all digitised, so far got 125 Gig ripped.

i just did some hardcore cleaning so now i think im down to about 20-28

Why would you get rid of music????? I am a little shocked.

my taste changes A LOt and when i need space, theres no point in keeping the things i dont listen to anymore

Every time I get rid of music I wind up regretting it.

I just took off the lone Hawthorne Heights album my ex-girlfriend put on there about four years ago.

I don't think I'm gonna regret it.

it's annoying that i can't seem to back up my music on ext. hard drive without letting iTunes organise it. miss the old filing system. but as long as it's safe who gives? how viable is the data-disc back up option? anybody on here crashed and lost everything yet? if that happened i would cut myself

At least twice, I've learned my lesson.

I crashed a couple of years ago, and lost everything on my hard drive. But at that point all the music that I had digitised so far was on my iPod so I managed to take it off there and back onto my computer. Since then I have an external hard drive.
