Meh...If they're obviously a cover band and not claiming the material as their own, then whatever they perform is a new song. "New tune" doesn't imply "we just wrote this" if you already know it's a cover band.

Well it all depends where he is from, he might be from Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, I think it would only be "even funnier" if he was from Claysville, PA.
