Because god doesn't like folk and refused to make one.

But I have to ask why you are asking about a folk forum in a rock & metal forum

We dont need a folk forum. As you probably noticed, there are only four main forums in music banter: the general music, punk, rock and metal, and the lounge. The others are dead for the most part.
