I think you're in the minority and you don't know it.

And music critics haven't gotten me thinking about music by album, how I get and listen to music has me doing that. I never, ever, ever listen to the radio or download single songs. Albums or bust.

No I don't think I am in a minority in thinking this. There's millions out there in the past and even now who while they may like some albums like individual songs more. And many people DO download individual songs now. Obviously you will do what you like but most people will not think 'albums or bust' otherwise why would compilations and greatest hits be so popular? It's simply less time consuming for most people to play their favourite songs. I of course look through albums because that's what internet lists always look at, following on from the yearly critics lists that have been going for a few decades. But most people out there won't be so willing to go through hundreds of albums, and they won't religiously play albums from start to end.

Default 1967

The Monterey International Pop Music Festival was a three-day concert event held June 16 to June 18, 1967. The festival is remembered for the first major American appearances by Jimi Hendrix and The Who, as well as the first major public performances of Janis Joplin. It was also the first major performance by Otis Redding in front of a predominantly white audience.

The Who-Quadrophenia

Quite a solid year imo!
