First album was Replicas by Tubeway Army when I was about 12. Shortly after that I developed a Pink Floyd obsession that lasted until they released The Final Cut.

Thriller by Michael Jackson when I was around 7-8. Used that album for group dance performances with my cap on backwards.

I always had music in my life because of my musical parents, but I started liking and listening to music when I was around 6. The first band that I loved was Black Sabbath, mostly the album Paranoid. I was also especially fond of a Simon and Garfunkel's Greatest Hits album that had a lot of good tracks on it. When I was 7, I got Incubus's "Morning View" and P.O.D.'s "Satellite" as my first albums, and loved them.

First album I ever owned? I think it was Madonna's Like a Virgin.

First band I ever loved? Dire Straits. Fond memories, as a very young child, of asking my mother to put the album Making Movies on the record player at bedtime so I could lie in bed listening to it.

I believe the first album I ever owned was Meteora by Linkin Park.

I have no idea what my first loved band was, but it was probably either Nsync or Backstreet Boys since they were huge when I was growing up.

I don't remember what my first album was, since I'd had cassettes since I was maybe 5 (and later CDs) but I can tell you that the first LP I ever bought was Nancy Sinatra's "Boots" and the first band I ever fell completely for was The Cars (I was about 11 at the time).
