I didnt read this whole thread so might have been done but top 5 single screams in rock(ruling out alot of metal)
I havent really thought it out so I will probably change it in 5 minutes

Honorable Mention-Chop Suey!-SOAD, dont think it qualifies under my guidelines
6. Best of You-Foo Fighters; the outro scream, it's alot more badass live(yeh I thought of a better one but already put this on)
5.Angel of Death-Slayer; the intro scream fading into the guitar
4.Killing in the Name of-Ratm-Moooothhhher F***aaaaa
3.Cemetry Gates-Pantera;When Phil is dueting with Dimebag's harmonics
2.A Robert Plant scream, maybe Since I've Been Loving You
1-hands down and it's not even close;Won't Get Fooled Again

I would have to agree with basically all of these... except for Shadow of the Colossus, I'm not familiar with that soundtrack. And I would probably also mention Halo.
