I'm a little bit worried that you didn't put Neil Peart up there with the drummers. But it probably just slipped your mind, right?

Niel Peart is an amazing influence for me, but my style has been based mostly around those 5 drummers over my first 11 years of playing, which is why I said top 5 drummers for me. If we we're talking about top 5 drummers of all time, it might be a different story.

It hurt me just as much to leave Niel Peart of the list as it did to leave guys like Levon Helm, John Densmore, Gene Kruppa, Buddy Rich, Ringo Starr, Carter Beauford, Carmine Appice, Jim Keltner etc. off the list :P

Ringo kept the rhythm and didn't show off and let others have the spotlight. he blended very well.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT MEG WHITE DOES, BUT GOD FORBID YOU DON'T THINK MEG WHITE IS GARBAGE HURDURR
yeah early on you hear her and she doesn't do a good job, but the past few years she's managed to blend perfectly with the guitars and THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT RINGO DID.

WHy no Zach Hill? You think Chippendale's better?

Dale Crover is a cool pick though.

Ah, yes. I usually put him on my top drummer lists. I do enjoy Chippendale more than Hill, I'd probably put him in 3rd though.
