Default 74 years and still going.

hello folk of MB,

This here is my Grandad. He is 74 years of age and has always had an unparalleled passion for music, but has unfortunately been blighted by crippling stage fright throughout his life and has been unable to share this passion with the rest of the world because of it. Luckily I had the idea of posting videos of him performing within the comfort of his own home on Youtube. Help spread the word. Talent should always be noticed.

That's really beautiful. What a great voice! Do you know if he ever had any vocal training?

No, he never received any vocal training. He would play piano when he was younger in the army and played around clubs with his brothers, though he refused to ever take centre stage!

He's an inspiration I hope when I'm his age I still have my passion for music like he does. I've subscribed to him on YouTube, thanks for posting this!

I agree. Great stuff.
Just... I sat there the whole time thinking he should have a more sturdy keyboard stand. lol. Stuff like that irks me, although it obviously doesn't affect him in any negative way.

Tell him we dig it!

He really does have talent and was a joy to watch. He also doesn't look a day over 64.

I completely agree - I've told him countless times to invest in a grand piano or something, but I think he's grown quite attached to that keyboard and its unstable stand...
