You know about Igra Staklenih Perli? Are you somewhere from ex-Yugoslavia or you know them through some other ways? I thought they were pretty obscure even in ex-Yu.

About kraut-rock, there is a very good thread in Avant Garde forum - Kosmiche Musik/Krautrock - with youtube links to a great documentary about German music from that time.

Another great thread - The 60s Psych Thread in the Prog & Psychedelic Rock forum.

Also there is a shoegaze thread in Indie/Alternative forum - Shoegaze

Edit: Since you mentioned Psychic TV I take it you like industrial and similar genres - Ambient, industrial, noise, etc...

Basically there's a lot of talk about trippy music, usually in Avant Garde/Experimental forum and Prog & Psychedelic Rock forum

Hope you enjoy it.
