Can wail on a guitar, but can't sing a lick

I'm always told that I can wail on a guitar, but please don't try to sing! Can anyone refer me to a great site on learning to sing or recommend a vocal coach. I would think I might able to learn to sing at an acceptable level.

You can't just sing good, sometimes people can and sometimes they can't. Maybe, you can sing certain types of songs and rhymes. I can sing certain songs and others I ****ing suck at.
Don't try too hard..maybe you're not good with singing high or singing low..idk.
