i'm still confused about it, it seems far too stupid to be real but then again stupidity is a national sport. also on one of his sites he said that he was opening for a death metal band at SXSW so you gotta wonder what the hell is going on.

I see where you are coming from gunnles. But where my beef lies with religion is fanatics that are trying to rape and pillage all of your personal beliefs out of you while they never, even for one ****ing second, consider the possibility that other religions or belief systems may have merit to them. Intolerance of homosexuality enrages me the most about US culture today. I may be calling the kettle black, there are plenty of things that I am guilty of for not making the world a better place for myself and for others, but in this case i will call homophobic crazies "black" until I'm blue in the face.
