I actually like that sex = heaven idea; that kinda nastiness is what we need in pop right now to give it at least a little grit and keeping essential idea as blatant as possible; i think it's a pretty brave idea, and it's not being done by anyone but Gaga, successfully i mean.

Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga are my favorite mainstream musicians in the moment. They have that strange and unique thing that separates them from the other. Bruno really knows music. His idols are people like Prince, Elvis Presley, and apparently Little Richard (considering his haircut ). I don't see why you didn't like "Grenade", it's a great song with a great video. I'm very curious about his new album.

I didn't like the new single but I find him a good pop artist too so I'll surely listen to the new album.
If he put out all the songs he wrote for other people he would have had two best-selling albums, but I guess he had no other chances at the time..

I like bruno mars, he's got a good voice and is not that bad live. He isn't my favorite, but I will definitely be checking his new album for any good songs.

Yeah, Locked Out Of Heaven is actually kind of good, there are a few decent tunes that play on the pop stations, but most of it is just bland crap.

Definitely though, sounds like The Police. I legit thought it was a Police song I'd never heard until the chorus.

Yeah, not surprising because it's not just a slight similarity, and I believe he even admitted it sounded very Policey.
