Ah, I haven't heard that album in probably 20 years. Good stuff! I think I like it even more now than I did then. 9/10

jazzy abstract light-headed, I enjoyed it, so 10/10 :)

I'm not really a fan of reggae. That song wasn't bad by any means, but it's just not my thing. It would work better as a two minute song, I feel like it sort of lingers aimlessly. 3/10

It takes more than two minutes to smoke a joint, or even half of one sometimes.

And anyway, your tune didn't start til the :45 second mark. But it was very cool. Nice to hear Simpsons in metal, and the solo was pretty sweet too. And its cool to have a sax in metal. 8/10

Well, Dood, you've given me a problem. I was really, really enjoying that song, but as soon as the girl got her solo, I didn't like it. Then she stopped singing, and I liked it again, and then she sang and I wanted to turn it off. I'm so sick of hip hop having soft, sweet women singers as their "feat" on songs. Really turns me off. If she had been rapping, then it would have been better, but... meh. Anyway, rant over. 6/10, I guess.

This thread must keep going, it's one of my favorites! Stop letting it die, darn it! :(

Anyway.

This track wasn't nearly as metal as I was hoping it would be, with that album cover. Seemed fairly bland and generic, the song did nothing new and didn't even do the old stuff in a way that was that interesting, or passionate, or hear-pumping. So yeah, I didn't like it. 3/10.

Were we listening to the same song? Did you not hear the classical influence in the bridge passage? The strained melodic raunchiness of Graham Bonnets vocals? It would seem that the gap between era's of you and me has caused a sort of musical block for the both of us.

This type of music all sounds the same to me because I'm old and bitter. 5/10

I've yet to hear anything that I don't like from Devin Townsend, I should take that as a hint to download some of his tunes. Good track, I liked the guitar riff throughout and the spacey vocals. 8/10
