you can do a screch thread so you can find out if one like this has been done.. so you don't really have to do all the work yourself kind of deal.. anywyas yea i'm pretty sure this was already done.. cause i remember saying i liked madonna's verison of american pie hehe

gah, rufus wainwright's version was awful compared to buckley's. Jeff buckley's had so much more feeling, way more personal, basically, he made it his song. Wainwright just did a cover, very mediocre, could call it good, but it's certainly not memorable.
