The Futureheads version of 'Hounds Of Love' by Kate Bush is amazing as far as covers go.

I don't think The White Stripes have ever done a bad cover either..

System of A Down's cover of Black Sabbath's Snowblind is the only one I can think of. Lemme go smoke here in a minute and I'll come up with something.

I actually prefer Tainted Love by Marilyn Manson than Soft Cell.

Manfred Mann's Earth Band's "Blinded By the Light" is better thatn Springsteen's original.

I like the Beatle's cover of "Rock and Roll Music" better than Chuck Berry's version.

Laugh if you want, but I have always liked Bananarama's cover of "Venus" better than the original, done by The Shocking Blue.

Laugh even harder, but The Bangles did a great cover of "Hazy Shade of Winter" back in the 80's. It kicked a$$. I forget the original artist, though. The Byrds, maybe? I'm not sure.

I'm sure there are more I could think of.

Check out a bootleg copy of The Dresden Doll's version, it's excellant imo. However, they've only performed it live a few times(at one show I was at, actually), so a bootleg copy is necessary.

And I have a little music-crush on Micheal Buble, and all the covers he perform are phenomenal.
