Man Man's got a new one on the way. They posted on Facebook yesterday that their album art is looking awesome. No preview though.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Im curious if you've had a chance to listen to it? I too was expecting abit of a letdown but i have to say its pretty much on par with their self titled effort.

I'm worried that I might have sort of distanced myself away from them so much that I won't be able to appreciate their new stuff. Not that I feel like I'm above 'indie carnival rock', but I'm just a little frightened. A few years ago, they were my absolute favorite - 4,000 plays in under 3 months... I'll stay positive for them though, and will definitely give this a listen. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm practically counting down the minutes here.

I also just found out the other day that Leonard Cohen's working on his first new studio album in 7 years. True, Ten New Songs was pretty bland, although I did quite like Dear Heather. However this next one turns out, I'm still really looking forward to it.

I heard that MF Doom and Ghostface Killah are collaborating on an album together. Kind of looking forward to that.

Bootsy Collins - Tha Funk Capitol of the World

April 26, 2011

The features list? Bela Fleck, Buckethead, Chuck D, Dr. Cornell West, Faith Daniels, George Clinton, Ice Cube, Jimi Hendrix, Ouiwey, Snoop Dogg, Rev. Al Sharpton, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Joyner.

What a range of features! Wonder where the Jimi material came from... fell out of the vault? Bela Fleck? Buckethead! Clinton! WTF Samuel L. Jackson/Rev. Sharpton? Anyway...
