lol.

well I can't say I agree with everything you guys say, but I do understand and I'm not blind. I like some of that music, weather they're boy bands aimed at huge audiences or not. Like you already said, urban, it doesnt matter WHAT you call it, it still sounds the same. and I like it, I've always been a big linkin park fan every since before they got really popular. Green day I never liked until I heard their old stuff, same with blink 182. Good charlott sucsk balls, and while im on the subject of sucking balls, urban you forgot a key player on your list of boy bands and that is simple plan.

haha, yes, yes I am. And on the topic of boybands, yes greenday, blink 182, good charlotte, and all those other clone bands are the new type of boy bands. They've been packaged and marketed to the public in the same style as the backstreet boys and n*synce once were. The only difference is that they're selling a different image.

^ Maybe it comes with age. There's a reason that the core fanbase of the backtreet boys were 12 year old girls. Nowadays with the new boybands (green day, blink, gc), they've altered their image to draw 12 year old boys into the fanbase as well.

Alot of people from school are into greenday and simple plan and blink and its really funny to hear about the concerts the next day coz they say "ONG IT F***ING ROCKED" and i just have to sit back, relax and laugh at them because they can't hear themselves and dont really know how stupid they sound. These bands are simply emo bullsh*t and make up easy chords and words talking about being "hurt" and "in love" in my opinion is ocmplete crap
