Question How to release your Music for Free under CC license

My friend is a singer (not an established one yet). He has created some songs and Recorded in his Home Studio. He want to launch his songs on the internet and want to distribute them for FREE under Creative Commons license. I need a website through which I can upload his songs (with his permission of course) so that people can listen and download the MP3.
I want a site which could:
* Make the audio available for Download and Play online
* It does not ask for any Fee. It must be free
* Allow me to embed the audio on my site

Remember I don't want to sell music, I want to distribute it for FREE

You might want to try SoundCloud - Your Sound, At The Heart

You might wannt to try Sound Click also. I've found alot of good artist there. One by the name of Phil Casagrande who did a great rendition of Amazing Grace.
