Do You Like or Dislike Women in Bands/as Singers?

As Einstein said, "everything is relative". Because, a priori, it doesn't matter to me if the boy kisses the girl or the girl is kissed by the boy (actually, isn't it the same thing?)..... or the girl kisses the boy.... the girl kisses another girl....
the boy kisses another boy.... the boy kisses a nanny goat... (well, in that last case... maybe not).

It all depends on the voice, kind of music, the songs and hundreds of different factors.

I used to have a big crush on Clare P. Grogan of Altered Images

woman vocalists can do so many things that men can't.

She & Him is prob the best example of how elegant female vocals can be.

Fu<kin love it

There are a lot of female singers, instrumentalists, composers and bands including female members in Celtic music: Enya, Clannad, Loreena McKennitt, Capercaillie, Máiréad Nesbitt, Nightnoise, Celtic Woman, etc. And not only in Ireland, Scotland and Wales, but also in Brittany (in the north-west of France), Galicia (north-west of Spain), Canada, USA and other places.

No matter if they sing in Gaelic, English, Breton, French or Galician. Many songs seem to be perfect for a female voice.

There are many good instrumentalists too. These two are Máiréad Nesbitt (violin) and Susana Seivane (bagpipes):

Amy Lee of Evanescence is amazingly talented. I had the pleasure of being on tour with her and Seether in South Africa.

Aside from singing in a higher pitch what else can they do that men can't?
